The Epoxy Bucket (rare, worth 1,000) spawns on Pendola Pass only. You need it for the Outpost expansion from level 2 to 3 (3 Epoxy Buckets, with 35 Planks and 3 Hand Drills). The Insulation Roll spawns in exactly the same places, so you'll farm both on one route.

What Kind of Places to Search
Most of its spawn spots are loose loot, lying out in the open, so look at surfaces as you move through a building. Containers (cabinets, desks, bags, breachable boxes) can hold it too. Share of all its spawn spots on Pendola Pass:

How to Get to the Almatera Station Shelf Room
The best single room we've found for Frozen Trail materials is on the second floor of Almatera Station, inside the station building. Walk in through the main entrance, take the escalators up, and the room full of metal shelves is right at the top. Walk every row and look at each shelf.
On a raid where Almatera Station was a red zone (Loot value: High), these shelves alone gave a Radial Press, Laser Level, Insulation Roll, Thermal Shaker, Hand Drill, Steel Cable and Sheet Metal. As a yellow zone (Loot value: Medium) the same room still gave a Radial Press, Hand Drill and Calculator.

Open the Pendola Pass map to plan a route through them. Spots are only chances: every spot can roll many other items too.
Tips
- Train cars are quick wins. Parked passenger cars have a table and seats per bay; walk the aisle and look down.
- Head for the loot zones. Each raid marks some areas yellow or red on the map, and they change every raid. Yellow already rolls better loot; red rolls more and better loot still.
- It weighs 0.5. Keep picking them up; three is all a project asks for.
- Key rooms pay off. In the footage we went through, the Almatera Station, Cielo Sereno Observatory and Old Town key rooms gave Laser Levels, Insulation Rolls, Epoxy Buckets, Thermal Shakers, Calculators and a Radial Press.
